Calle8Rx offers multiple daily deliveries of precisely filled prescriptions. Urgent deliveries are completed within a 4-hour window. To address immediate or emergency medication requirements, we supply EDK boxes. For your convenience, Calle8Rx provides a delivery tracking application. We understand the critical nature of new admissions and orders, ensuring their review and delivery around the clock.

Customer Service/Resident Care

Each facility is assigned a dedicated Calle8Rx field service representative as their primary point of contact. These representatives work directly with your facility's staff to ensure seamless communication. We recognize that transitioning to a new pharmacy affects not only nurses but also billing departments and families. Calle8Rx has dedicated internal staff members to address their questions and concerns. Our consultant pharmacists are also available for support.
